A Sony photo studio was set up where party-goers had their photos taken and then displayed on the ceiling of the venue for everyone to see & take home. Our Sony NEX camera ambassadors were also on hand demonstrating capabilities such as low-light, HD video record capabilities and sweep panorama.
In addition to dancing and dining, foundation members spoke about the late activist Alison Gertz and the ongoing efforts of the Foundation. To support the cause, Love Heals held an hour-long Text-to-Pledge fundraiser, and the three attendees who donated the most money received an NEX-3 camera donated by Sony.
In addition to the Sony NEX team, dozens of folks were in attendance to support the cause including a host of celebrities, models, musicians, and prominent figures in media. Professional photographer Cliff Hausner used the Sony a900 for the shoot.
